I placed an order and then realized quickly that I needed to cancel it. To be fair, they did end up canceling it and the refund showed up a few days later, so everything worked out in the end. But it took a couple of emails, and for a while I wasn’t really sure what was happening or if the cancellation had actually gone through. Overall, not a terrible experience, but not exactly smooth either. I just wish their updates were quicker and clearer.

"Box was a bit crushed"
I’m not totally sure if it got damaged during shipping or if it was already like that before it went out, but when it showed up, the box was kinda crushed. I think it arrived on time, or maybe a day later than I expected, but either way the packaging definitely looked rough.

My first impression wasn’t great. The issue did get fixed in the end, but it took way longer than I expected, which was frustrating. I’m glad it’s sorted now, but the slow turnaround definitely left me a bit disappointed.

My order went through without any issues, but I did have to message them twice before I got an update. They did reply eventually, and everything turned out okay — well, I was a little annoyed at first, but in the end it was fine. I just wish the communication had been a bit faster...

"Stock info was off"
I checked the stock before ordering and thought, okay great, they have it available. But then it turned out the stock was wrong, which was frustrating. I was kind of sitting there like, really? I wish it had been updated properly before I got my hopes up.

Support did get back to me eventually, and I appreciated the response once it came through. That said, I had to wait longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, not a terrible experience, but the response time could definitely be better.

"Return was a hassle"
Tried returning an order on ky Gun Co and it was way more work than it should’ve been. Had to keep chasing replies, the instructions were unclear, and it never felt like anyone was actually handling it. By the time I got answers, I was already annoyed. Wouldn’t order again if returns are like this.

My order itself went through okay, but the paperwork was confusing. The compliance docs felt confusing, the rules weren’t super clear, and I had to keep going back to figure out what they actually needed. Support was okay, just a bit slow getting back to me. Overall it worked out in the end, but the paperwork part really wasn’t the smoothest.

The background check process was a mess. It took forever, and I barely got any clear updates along the way. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely didn’t feel organized or reliable from my experience.

I was so frustrated when my order showed up with the wrong item instead of what I actually bought. I emailed support, and now I’m just sitting here waiting for it to be fixed, which feels way more stressful than it should. Disappointing experience so far.

I tried calling a few times before placing an order, but I never got through to an actual person. Maybe they’re better with email, but I needed a quick answer and phone support just wasn’t happening. It was frustrating, especially since it was just a simple question. this feels like a preventable issue if they had someone available to pick up or at least a clearer way to get quick help

"Selection was disappointing"
I stopped in hoping to find a few common models, but the selection was kind of weak. A lot of what I was looking for was out of stock, so it felt like a wasted trip. Weirdly, I remember there was a bright yellow sticky note on one of the shelves that just said “ask Dave,” which somehow stuck with me more than anything they actually had available.

I ordered because the site clearly showed the item was in stock, but after I placed the order, I found out it wasn’t available. It’s such a simple thing that ended up being made way harder than it needed to be. Keeping inventory updated before taking orders seems basic. It was annoying and wasted my time, so I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

"Decent prices, but the wait was annoying"
I’ve checked Kygunco a few times now, and the prices are kind of hit or miss. Some things are definitely cheaper than what I see at local shops, but other items end up being about the same or even a little higher. Once shipping and fees get added at checkout, the deal doesn’t always feel that great. My biggest frustration was the waiting, it felt like it took longer than I expected, which made the whole thing less exciting. Overall, it’s not bad, just not as cheap or as quick as I was hoping.
